Hahaha... If you have withstand reading that boring long paragraph time to get to the point of this post and actually the title of the post. Todays post is about the word spoken in today's word. I guess blogs on Sunday's will be about the word of God as He is the reason for our existence.
In a shorter version of today's word. It teaches us of the type of God that we have, which is a very personal God. The scripture taken out from the bible was from Luke 13. In that scripture it tells a story about a lady bounded by the devil making her hunched for 18 years and yet she still comes to church everyday and on that day when Jesus was preaching in that church He stopped and saw this lady and called her to Him. Instantly He placed His hands on her and healed her from her 18 years of suffering.
The point of the story is actually individualism in one way. It is the way our God works. He deals with each and everyone of us individually. He is a very personal God. Speaking to us one to one only and not speaking to us as a group. Our God is always there for us when all hope is gone as he watches over us personally every time. He also knows each and everyone of us by our names and not as just human beings. Example. When he came down to find Adam after Adam sinned against Him he cried Adam where are you. He also called out to Moses when he wanted Moses go to Egypt and free His people.
Attending church every week will always be different for every individual. Though the preaching maybe the same but you will always be touched by him one way or another. It's just how He speaks to us. We may learn through the word, worships or prayers. But the important thing is that we learn something new every time and everyone will certainly do so.
The best line the pastor shared today I think would be 'In your pain come to me not runaway from me.' As we should not be shy from our God. It is like we aren't shy when coming to our mum's in pain. Our God is an all loving God. He loves each and everyone of us so we should learn to seek Him as we seek our mothers.
Hope you enjoyed this post. Take cares everyone and God bless.
